Steak Taco Marinade

Steak Taco Marinade

Marinade:

  • • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • • 1/4 Cup Pineapple juice
  • • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • • 3 Tablespoons Olive or Canola Oil
  • • 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • • 2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
  • • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • • 1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • • 1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • • 2 Pounds thin cut steak

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into gallon ziplock bag. Add steak and let marinade 1 hour up to 24 hours. Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill steak 6-7 minutes each side. Slice and serve in tacos or as part of fajitas.

Avocado:

Slice avocado and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with chipotle chili powder. Grill face down for 3-5 minutes. Remove from grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with Sriracha hot chili sauce. Eat with chips or slice and add to tacos or fajitas.
